Mission

Australian CPD frameworks are demanding — AHPRA mandates annual continuing development across every regulated profession, and the categories, minimums, and documentation requirements vary by Board. Most practitioners track hours in a spreadsheet, scramble through a last-minute audit, and never get around to the category of CPD they need most.

PracticaCPD exists to make that better. The dashboard reflects your Board's actual framework, the modules are case-based clinical content sized for a free afternoon (not a Saturday), and every completion issues a Statement of Completion you self-record with your CPD home in seconds.

Who designs the content

PracticaCPD modules are designed by Australian RACGP- Fellow general practitioners working in primary care. Specialist reviewers contribute on individual modules where the content sits within their domain — endocrinology, cardiology, respiratory medicine, psychiatry, geriatrics.

We deliberately don't publish the names of individual authors and reviewers. Clinical credibility comes from the editorial process — referenced claims, current guidelines, peer review, an explicit last-reviewed date on every module — not from individual reputations.

What we don't do

We are not currently accredited with the RACGP, ACRRM, NMBA, or any other AHPRA Board. Every Statement of Completion is for self-recording with your CPD home. We are pursuing accreditation as the platform matures.

We never see patient identifiers. Audits on Pro modules run via downloaded docx templates you complete offline in your own EMR. The data never leaves your machine.

We don't sell data, run advertising, or share with third parties for their marketing. How we handle your data is detailed in our privacy policy.

Where we're hosted

Your account, activity log, reflections, and uploaded evidence sit in the Sydney AWS region (ap-southeast-2). The web app deploys to a CDN with edge presence in Australia, so dashboard loads stay fast.
