Common questions.
- How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
- Open your Account page and click Manage billing. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe page where you can cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- I lost my 2FA device — how do I get back in?
- Use one of the recovery codes you saved when enabling 2FA. On the sign-in challenge screen, click Use a recovery code instead. This disables 2FA so you can sign in normally — re-enrol from Security settings once you're back in. If you don't have your recovery codes, email support@practicacpd.com.au from the address you signed up with and we'll verify your identity manually.
- Will my hours count toward RACGP / ACRRM CPD?
- PracticaCPD isn't currently an accredited CPD provider. Every completed module issues a Statement of Completion you self-record with your CPD home. The statement includes your AHPRA and member numbers, the EA/RP/MO hour breakdown, and your reflection answers — designed so self-recording is a copy-paste, not a re-entry.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Email support@practicacpd.com.au within 14 days of subscribing if PracticaCPD wasn't what you expected and we'll process a refund. After 14 days we cancel for the next period rather than refunding the current one.
- Where is my data stored?
- Your account, activity log, reflections and uploaded evidence sit in Supabase's Sydney region (AWS ap-southeast-2). Audit templates download as docx files that you complete offline in your own EMR — patient identifiers never reach PracticaCPD.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email support@practicacpd.com.au from your registered email asking for account deletion. We'll confirm and process within 5 business days. Your activity log and Statement of Completion PDFs are deleted along with the account.
